I joined Clouders in 1999 after starting my career in the PAYE department of the Inland Revenue (now HMRC). Since then I have gained extensive experience across all areas of accountancy focusing on accounts preparation, bookkeeping and VAT returns. I bring more than 25 years of hands-on experience supporting businesses and individuals with their accounting needs.

A key part of my role is helping clients manage their bookkeeping with confidence. I provide training and ongoing support across a range of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage and Xero, and enjoy helping businesses streamline their processes through the latest technology. I also oversee our in-house VAT team and support clients with management accounts, giving them valuable insights to help their businesses grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether that’s playing board games, tackling jigsaw puzzles or watching films together. Having learned British Sign Language (BSL) to Level 3, I have developed strong communication skills and value building positive, approachable relationships with clients from all backgrounds.
